Application Process

We ask first-time applicants, and those who have not yet received a grant, to call the Foundation to discuss potential funding requests before submitting a proposal. Please contact Gina Ferrari, Director, Grants Program at 303.825.3774. Receipt of grant requests from new applicants without initial calls will be declined.

We accept the Colorado Common Grant Application and welcome questions about using this or alternative formats for submitting grant proposals. Organizations may submit only one proposal in a twelve month period.

Grant Reporting:

The Foundation requires a report of activities covering the grant period, and within one year of receiving the grant award. A report is required before the Foundation will consider another grant request. The Foundation uses custom reporting forms. Please select the form relating to your grant here:

Please email completed reports to Monique Loseke.

Please note: We anticipate moving to an online application and reporting platform in the near future so please check back regularly for this and other updates.
