Kim Easton became President & CEO of National Sports Center for the Disabled in March 2017. Prior to this role, Kim served as CEO of Urban Peak and Colorado Bright Beginnings. She earned her undergraduate degree from the College of Wooster and her Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Colorado. She is a dynamic, solutions-orientated leader with 15+ years of demonstrated achievement contributing to successful development and growth of statewide and national, multi-sited organizations. Kim has expertise in project/program management and implementation, operational efficiency and organization effectiveness, marketing communications, branding and positioning, evaluation design, data collection and analysis, human resources and leadership development. Prior to her non-profit leadership, Kim was an early childhood educator immersed in research around infant mental health and healthy brain development. Kim is passionate about making a positive difference in the world. Through strong leadership, a collaborative spirit, vision and active relationship building in our community, she strives to connect people with the resources and support that they need to thrive and be successful in their lives.
