Meet Monique
As the keeper of institutional memory and the longest tenured staff member, Monique Loseke is the Foundation’s version of the “Shell Answer Man.” If you have a question, she can likely find an answer. Monique is an executive assistant, office manager, grants/database manager, program assistant and event coordinator all rolled into one. Her favorite aspect of working at the Foundation is getting to know and working with the Livingston Fellows.
Before joining BSF (over 20 years ago!), she was a purchasing agent for the U.S. Navy’s Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department in San Diego, California. There is where she developed her love for the ocean which she still tries to make part of her annual vacation. Monique studied business at Metropolitan State University. When not holding down the office, Monique (along with her husband, David) is trying to figure out the empty nest syndrome as her two children navigate adulthood and college. Monique enjoys spending time with family, serving her church as an Elder, the beauty of Colorado and her newest “hobby” water walking.
