Coby Gould became the Executive Director for GrowHaus in 2009. GrowHaus is a non-profit indoor farm, marketplace and educational center in Denver’s Elyria-Swansea Neighborhood, which provides affordable food, and works to raise awareness about food justice and sustainability. It is a neighborhood-based food system that serves as a hub for food access, urban agriculture, education, and job training. Coby’s prior experience includes work in Boston as an Outreach Educator for Environmental Justice Action Media. He also served as a Program Coordinator and facilitator for Seeking Common Ground, working with youth from communities overcoming conflict, such as Israel, The Palestine Territories, Northern Ireland and South Africa.
