Grant Recognition Guidelines

The Bonfils-Stanton Foundation appreciates acknowledgement of our grant support at a level you feel is appropriate relative to other donor support. Collateral materials, website, e-newsletters, performance programs, marketing and PR, and live mentions might be considered based on the relative amount. We encourage you to use our logo, with the written acknowledgement, where suitable.

Style Guide

When using Bonfils-Stanton Foundation brand assets, please refer to the Style Guide, which outlines correct usage of the logo, color options, and font requirements. It also provides reference for continuity in brand language and tone.

Help Us Tell Your Story

Beyond our grant support, we would like to help showcase the great work our grantees do in the community. Please send us photos and videos of your organization’s programs so that we can share your stories using our communications efforts. For any such media, please make sure to include photographer/videographer credit information if it is required.

Stay in Touch

We view our relationships with grantees as long-term partnerships. Please add us to your distribution lists for e-newsletters and other publications. Send us copies of or links to media coverage or other noteworthy recognition of your organization and programs. Let us know about key successes and unexpected challenges.

If there is an event or activity you especially would like Foundation staff to consider attending, please provide us with ample notice and give us a call or send a direct, personal email.
